Samuel Lindow Building
HM Architecture have successfully completed this £3.3m extension and renovation to the Westlakes Research Institute, now known as the Samuel Lindow Building.
The project achieved a BREEAM environmental rating of Very Good and included ecology works, substantial improvements to thermal insulation and low carbon technologies including a proposed wind turbine, ground source heat pump and solar hot water.
We were appointed as lead consultant for RIBA Stages A - L.
