HM Architecture won this commission in competitive tender to develop the scheme from RIBA Stage D (planning) to Completion for the University of Central Lancashire.

The project provides administration, teaching and retail space specifically for the teaching of outdoor management.

The project value was £1M.

We were appointed as lead consultant for the project co-ordinating structural, mechanical and electrical engineers.
